Southeastern Preparatory Academy

NOW ENROLLING FOR 2026-27 School Year!!!

Welcome, Willkommen, Bienvenue, Bienvenidos! At SEPA, diversity is our strength and excellence is our standard.”

My name is Roselita Victor, but you may call me Mrs. Rose. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the Principal of Southeastern Preparatory Academy (SEPA).

My journey at SEPA began four years ago when I joined the school as an Assistant Principal. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow alongside this incredible community, and I am now proud to be entering my third year as Principal. SEPA holds a special place in my heart—not only as an educator and leader, but also as a parent, as my two sons and my niece are part of this wonderful learning environment.

My passion for Education began in 1999, when I worked as a private German tutor. In 2003, after I graduated from Paris X University, France, I officially began my teaching career as an ESL teacher in France, where I was born and spent most of my life. In 2011, I moved to the United States and dedicated nearly a decade to teaching French at the only International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle School in Osceola County. During those years, I developed and strengthened the leadership skills that have shaped me into the educator and leader I am today.

With an international background and a deep passion for languages, I bring a global perspective to SEPA. I studied German for eight years, speak French, Haitian Creole, and English fluently, and have conversational skills in Spanish. I also studied Latin for two years, which gave me a deeper understanding of language structure and cultural connections. I strongly believe that cultural awareness and multilingualism are essential in preparing students to become confident, compassionate, and globally minded citizens.

At SEPA, we are guided by a strong set of core values that shape our culture and define our mission. We commit to serving students with excellence, acting with integrity, treating others with respect, embracing accountability, maintaining professionalism, pursuing growth, collaborating effectively, persevering through challenges, serving our community, and leading by example.

My vision for SEPA is clear:

  • Ensure every student is academically prepared for college, career, and lifelong success
  • Develop leadership, discipline, resilience, and strong character
  • Foster global awareness and cultural understanding
  • Create a school culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and purpose

I am excited about the journey ahead; one filled with learning, growth, and achievement. Together, as a SEPA family, we will continue to inspire, lead, and empower our students to reach their highest potential.

Welcome to SEPA: Academic Excellence Meets Athletic Achievement.
